Submitting Tickets to Organic Support

You can submit issues several ways to Organic Support.

  • Email

  • Chat

  • Forms

Before you submit issues to our Organic Support team here are some things we need as you submit requesting support.

  • Contact Information

    • Name

    • Email

    • Organization

  • Description of Issue

    • Including as much detail as possible

      • What should happen vs what is happening

  • Relevant URL(s)

  • Screen Shots or videos

Simply email Support@organic.ly and we’ll get back to you

CHAT

Navigate to help.organic.ly and find the Chat button in the right hand corner. Answer some simple questions and we’ll be with you soon to solve your issue.

 

FORMS

On help.organic.ly click on “Contact Us” and simply select your issue type, fill out some information and submit your issue.
